I am guilty of overusing hyperbole and emphatic speech. But I am equally guilty of using my new Copper Chef cookware. Last year I asked my wife for the dish for Father's Day. She got it and I was ecstatic. I loved it so much, I didn't even use it until the next month. I used it to fry fish and it was a hit. So much so, people kept asking what it was and how much it cost!
I told them and I know one of them that actually went out and got one for themselves. I watch a lot of television and as a creative, I'm often accompanied by infomercials as I work late into the early morning. One night, I saw the commercial and loved the way the chef made steaks using the dish. I had to have one! Since I got the pot, I have used it for nearly all my dishes. That's right...six straight months and it's been in use weekly! I even went out and got the pans by the same size. One pan even came with a small pan and I use it every morning when I make my eggs. Most recently, I have used the Copper Chef for beef tips. It's my go to for beef tips, but I also use it for whole chicken and chicken pot-pie, as well. For the new year, I've got a small ham basting in the pot...can't wait to pour that glaze on and bask the latest Copper Chef glory! We got a good product in Copper Chef and I'm going to add the wider casserole dish, next Not sure what I'll make in it first, but it's gonna be epic!!!

Table Talk I LOVE to cook! I love the kitchen and the grill and when I'm not at my computer, behind the mic/camera or on my instrument you can easily find me cooking. In fact, if it were not for the arts, I would most likely have pursued a college education in the culinary arts. ArchivesCategories
